applying for shareholders obc

Just wondering if anyone has had their OBC applied with only a few days to go before the start of the cruise.

I have found an e mail that says must be applied for at least 2 weeks before the start of the cruise.

I have tried to contact karen but she is not available

I have had shareholder OBC allocated less than 24 hours before a cruise departing due to a VERY last-minute booking. Karen dealt with it over the telephone and emailed me confirmation of it so this was my evidence should there be a problem onboard - fortunately there wasn't.
